ailec is my workshop. Every subdomain on this site is a real product I designed, built, shipped and keep running in production. What matters most to me is that the solution fits the people who use it: I care about design and experience as much as about the code. AI is part of the method and, where it earns its place, part of the product; knowing when it isn't needed is part of the job.

Paste a travel video and Mapit turns every place it mentions into a map you can plan a trip with.
Where it comes from
It started as a habit: saving travel videos and then losing track of the places in them. Mapit pulls them out of the video and leaves them ready to plan with.

The website for my wife's bridal atelier, with everything behind it: catalogue, clients and management.
Where it comes from
A real client with real needs: my wife's atelier had to show the collection, let every bride prepare her appointment and run it all without depending on anyone.

Where it comes from
My own problem: two people, three banks and no desire to log expenses. This is the second version, rebuilt so everything comes in through bank statements and comes out as conclusions, not just lists.

Where it comes from
An idea for dinners as a couple: a question game passed from hand to hand. I took it from the first card to a published product, with accounts, an admin panel and legal texts.

Bot duel
Two AI agents, two strategies, one live competition.
Two paper-trading investment bots, one designed by Claude Code and one by Codex, compete under the same rules and post their decisions to the same Telegram chat.
Where it comes from
I wanted to check something with data rather than opinions: whether two different agents, with the same virtual capital and the same constraints, make decisions of different quality over time.

- Each bot runs unattended on the server twice a day and decides without seeing the other's strategy.
- Frozen rules: changes ship as new versions, never as tweaks to improve the past.
- A drawdown circuit breaker and a halt that is only lifted after reviewing the cause.
